Job Title: Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Project Manager to support a global law firm in delivering a legal entity rationalization programme. This temporary role is fully remote, requires 2.5 days per week, and will run until mid-October 2026, with potential (but no guarantee) to pivot into another role within the firm afterwards. The position offers up to £1,000/day inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with BAU teams across HR, IT, Finance, and other workstreams to facilitate the smooth transition of employees from one legal entity to another.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and timelines.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various functions and geographies to drive collaboration and resolve challenges effectively.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful delivery of the programme milestones.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders on project status and outcomes.

Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within complex organizational change programmes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate competing priorities and build consensus across diverse teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability to balance multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- German language skills are desirable but not essential.
