What you’ll be doing
- Lead teams through scoping activities to identify, gather, and analyse requirements, define key business drivers, and establish effective, innovative solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including effort estimation, scope management, planning, monitoring, and execution, with responsibility for risks, budget, timelines, and reporting.
- Manage project resourcing and commercials, including forecasting, time management, and invoicing.
- Own project communication with clients and/or partners, as well as internal communication across Adobe.
- Be accountable for ensuring projects are delivered to the required quality standards.
- Maintain a strong customer focus and results-driven approach, helping customers succeed in their digital transformation journey through mentorship, industry best practice, and advice on Adobe Marketing and Commerce Solutions.
- Work collaboratively with other Adobe teams to provide customers with a joined-up 'One Adobe' experience.
- Actively contribute to the development of the Project Management Office (PMO) practice.

- Strong foundational project management skills, with experience delivering digital marketing implementation projects for a software vendor or in a mixed vendor/customer environment.
- Demonstrated project management experience across Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign, or Content Management solutions.
- Ideally, experience implementing Adobe solutions such as AEM, AEP, Adobe Campaign, or Adobe Commerce.
- Ability to manage large, complex projects or multiple smaller projects concurrently.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, with strong expertise in risk management and prioritization, plus the ability to present confidently at Executive level.
- Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies, such as Scrum.
- A professional project management qualification and a business consulting background.
- Ability to work effectively with virtual internal teams across different geographies and time zones.
- Full fluency in English; additional European languages would be advantageous.
