Fit Out Manager | £65,000 - £80,000 | Reading | Fit Out | Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Fit Out Manager to join a specialist contractor delivering complex projects within the nuclear and defence sectors.
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of fit-out works on site, coordinating subcontractors and the wider project team to make sure works are delivered safely, properly and to programme.
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong construction fit-out experience
- Previous experience managing projects/packages on site
- Experience managing and coordinating subcontractors and small teams
- Good understanding of programme, quality and H&S
- Experience with systems such as Procore would be useful
- Nuclear, defence or other highly regulated project experience would be advantageous

Due to the nature of the projects, security clearance is an important part of the role. Existing SC or DV clearance would be particularly attractive, although candidates who meet the necessary eligibility and UK residency requirements can be taken through the clearance process, progressing from SC to DV.

The role will initially be based around Reading with the working arrangements dependent on project allocation, and the potential of some hybrid work.
£65,000 – £80,000 + pension, and discretionary twice-yearly bonus.
