Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Project Manager EMEA to join our high-performing Enterprise team and drive the next phase of growth across the region.
What you’ll own
- Lead the delivery of large, complex, and strategic customer implementations through our internal Ready, Execute, Deliver Salesforce process.
- Take end-to-end ownership of multiple concurrent projects, managing complex stakeholder environments across customers, commercial teams, product, engineering, operations, compliance, and third-party partners.
- Develop and maintain robust project plans, governance structures, risk management frameworks, and executive status reporting to ensure successful project delivery.
- Act as the primary escalation point for high-risk projects, proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact timelines, customer experience, or revenue realization.
- Lead weekly project governance and status meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear accountability for actions, decisions, and outcomes.
- Partner closely with customer executives and project sponsors to align objectives, manage expectations, and drive successful implementation outcomes.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership, highlighting project progress, key risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Drive continuous improvement by conducting project retrospectives, identifying lessons learned, and implementing best practices across the implementation function.
- Own and contribute to the maintenance of departmental risk registers, delivery standards, project methodologies, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Mentor and coach junior Project Managers, supporting their professional development and helping to build project management capability across the team.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight on selected projects, coordinating and directing junior Project Managers where appropriate to ensure successful delivery and consistent customer experiences.
- Support resource planning and workload prioritization across the project management team, helping to ensure the effective allocation of delivery resources.

What You Bring
- Significant project management experience delivering large-scale, complex customer implementations within payments, financial technology, software, or a related industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously across complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring, coaching, or providing oversight to junior colleagues.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively from operational teams through to executive leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen and customer focus, with the ability to balance customer requirements with business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, and escalations in fast-paced and changing environments.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, planning, and prioritization skills.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience driving process improvements and contributing to project management best practices.
- Willingness to travel when required across EMEA to support strategic customer engagements and project delivery.
