Project Manager Role
We are recruiting a Project Manager to join the successful infrastructure team in our London office. If you have experience of working in rail, aviation, Environmental Agency as either a Project or Cost Manager this role will give you the opportunity to utilise your skills and develop your career further.
What You Need to Do to Be Effective in This Role
- Lead in allocation of actions, tracking, monitoring and reporting project progress
- Take complete responsibility for some of our smaller projects and support senior colleagues as you gain experience on our major programmes of work.
- Update contractual milestones in project systems
- Ensure the document and project management plans are set up
- Follow up the project progress and inform the main stakeholders if there is any deviation
- Communicate time recording instruction to all employees

You will support and manage Projects, programmes and portfolios from inception to close out, and will have the ability to work with Microsoft projects.
Requirements
- General awareness of NEC suite of contracts
- Good communication skills
- Health & Safety competence such as CDM & CSCS Card (can be attained on joining)

Additional Experience That Would Be Beneficial Includes
- Knowledge of project management plans
- Previous experience of working on civil engineering schemes
- Working with Environment Agency related projects
- Basic understanding of Design management
- Experience of working client side or as consultant
The Skills and Experience You Need to Have for This Role
- Consultancy construction project management experience
- The ability to lead a series of projects and manage client relationships
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and similar digital software
