🚨 We're Hiring - Senior Project Manager (NEC4 Infrastructure & Civil Engineering) 🚨

Following continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we're looking for an experienced NEC4 Project Manager to join our team based around Gatwick Airport.

If you're degree qualified, commercially aware, passionate about civil engineering and looking for an opportunity where you'll have genuine influence over projects and business growth, we'd love to speak with you.

This role may particularly appeal to professionals who enjoy NEC4 contracts, infrastructure delivery and working in a fast-moving environment where decisions happen quickly and success is recognised.

We're seeking an experienced construction professional who thrives in technically challenging environments and understands how to successfully manage projects under NEC4 contracts.

You'll lead the safe, commercial and operational delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects, ensuring exceptional performance in safety, quality, programme and client satisfaction.

Projects range from airside and landside airport infrastructure through to highways, drainage, utilities and specialist engineering works.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
  • Significant experience delivering civil engineering and infrastructure projects
  • Strong NEC4 contract management experience
  • Thorough understanding of:
    • Compensation Events
    • Early Warning Processes
    • Programme Management
    • Risk Management
    • Change Control
    • Commercial Reporting
    • Client Relationship Management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Commitment to health, safety and operational excellence
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Living within approximately 20 miles of Gatwick Airport, or willing to relocate

The Ideal Person

You may currently be working within a major infrastructure contractor, national civil engineering business or framework delivery organisation.

You're commercially aware, contractually astute and capable of managing multiple stakeholders whilst maintaining focus on delivering successful outcomes.
