Project Manager – Infrastructure Coordination
Public Practice is advertising this role on behalf of the Greater London Authority.
The Greater London Authority is recruiting a Project Manager to lead technical and project-management activity within the Mayor’s Infrastructure Coordination Service. You will bring developers, utility providers, London boroughs, government partners and transport organisations together to resolve infrastructure constraints affecting strategic housing developments.
You will:
- Manage a portfolio of complex infrastructure projects
- Support development partners to navigate utility constraints
- Manage consultants, budgets, risks and delivery programmes
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across government, utilities and the development sector
- Turn project learning into practical guidance for the wider sector

You will bring experience in utilities, infrastructure, civil engineering, construction, development or planning, alongside strong project-management and stakeholder-engagement skills.
Salary: £64,690
Contract: 18-month fixed term, with potential to extend
Location: Hybrid, anchored at Union Street, London SE1, with up to three office days each week
Hours: Full-time; the role is open to job-share applications
