Infrastructure Project Manager
£550 per day | Inside IR35 | Sheffield or Birmingham (3 days per week on-site)
We are recruiting several experienced Infrastructure Project Managers to join a large-scale technology transformation programme within a leading UK financial services organisation.
Working on a major mainframe transformation, you will oversee the delivery of multiple technical workstreams, coordinating activities across project teams and providing clear reporting and governance to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of infrastructure and technology project workstreams.
- Track project progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Produce high-quality project reporting and governance updates.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and provide regular delivery updates.
- Work closely with other Project Managers to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Drive actions through to completion and maintain delivery momentum.

Essential Experience
- Proven experience delivering infrastructure or technology projects.
- Strong project governance, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a complex programme environment.
- A proactive, delivery-focused attitude with a willingness to take ownership.

Desirable
- Experience working on mainframe or large-scale infrastructure transformation programmes.
- Financial services experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
