Lead Complex Change Across a Major Insurance Programme
Luxoft, a DXC Technology company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a strategic insurance transformation programme for a key client. This role is ideal for a delivery-focused Project Manager with strong insurance industry experience who can confidently operate within complex enterprise environments, managing multiple stakeholders, suppliers, platforms, and delivery teams. You'll play a critical role in supporting large-scale change initiatives, helping to drive successful project delivery while navigating a complex IT and business landscape.
The Opportunity
As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for driving projects from initiation through to delivery and operational handover, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with business and technology stakeholders, providing leadership, governance, and coordination across multiple workstreams while supporting ongoing transformation initiatives within the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across the full project lifecycle
- Develop and manage integrated delivery plans across multiple platforms and suppliers
- Coordinate business and technology teams to achieve project objectives
- Ensure projects are delivered against agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets
- Provide clear and consistent reporting to senior business and IT stakeholders
- Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Drive successful solution deployment, transition, and operational handover
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and adoption of delivered solutions
- Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and project reviews
- Support continuous improvement of project management standards, tools, and methodologies
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across both business and technology functions

What We're Looking For
- Proven Project Management experience delivering IT and business change programmes within the Insurance sector
- Strong experience managing complex, multi-platform and multi-supplier delivery environments
- Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery within large enterprise organisations
- Ability to quickly understand business priorities, drivers, and transformation objectives
- Excellent planning, coordination, and execution skills
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior business and technology leaders
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience operating within complex governance and organisational structures
- Strong risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities
- Understanding of both business and technology delivery frameworks
