Project Manager - Integration

£60,000 - £70,000 + bonus and comprehensive benefits
Hybrid / Leicestershire - days a week in the office
Full Time / Permanent

Background

I am looking for an ambitious and experienced Project Manager with a strong track record delivering large-scale integration, cutover and hyper care activities on complex transformation programmes to join a large and well recognised brand head quartered in the Midlands.

This is a hybrid role with the successful candidate required to be on site 2 days per week on average at the Leicestershire office.

This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a major enterprise transformation programme, leading cross-functional teams through some of the most business-critical stages of delivery.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of integration planning, cutover readiness and hyper care coordination across a complex technology landscape.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, testing functions, suppliers and programme leadership to ensure activities are aligned, dependencies are managed, risks are mitigated and the organisation is fully prepared for deployment and post-go-live support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
