Role: Project Manager – Integration

Contract: Fixed-Term – 12 Months

Location: Nottingham, Beeston

Recruitment Partner: Kershia Broughton

What You'll Be Doing

The Project Manager will lead the Integrations workstream within a major HR transformation programme. Reporting into the IT Programme Manager, the role is responsible for delivering all integrations required between HR Systems and downstream and upstream enterprise systems. Working closely with the Solution Architect, Systems Integrator, Integration Engineering teams, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers, the Project Manager will ensure integration activities are planned, coordinated, and delivered in line with programme objectives, milestones, budget, and governance requirements.

The Project Manager will provide leadership across a complex landscape of internal teams, implementation partners, and third-party suppliers, ensuring effective management of risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments throughout the programme lifecycle.

The role is initially focused on mobilisation activities and the establishment of the Integration workstream before supporting delivery through a multi-year implementation programme. The successful candidate will have significant experience delivering large-scale enterprise integration projects and working within complex transformation environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery plan for the integrations workstream and coordinate integration design, build, testing, cutover, and deployment activities.
  • Manage plans, budgets, resources, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate activities across MuleSoft, Kafka, MFT, and third-party delivery teams.
  • Manage relationships with the HR Systems integrator and incumbent HR platform suppliers, tracking commitments, and holding partners to account.
  • Establish governance processes for the workstream and manage risk, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAIDs).
  • Ensure compliance with programme governance, information security, and change control requirements.
  • Maintain budgets, forecasts, and actual costs, providing transparent reporting to stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with HR leadership, suppliers, and stakeholders and facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and governance forums.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
