Project Manager - Integrations

Lead Critical Delivery Activities on a Major Enterprise Transformation Programme

Hybrid - Remote / Mountsorrel

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering large-scale integration, cutover and hypercare activities within complex transformation programmes?

We're seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to play a key role in Project Falcon, ensuring the successful coordination and execution of critical programme phases from integration through to go-live, stabilisation and transition into business-as-usual support.

This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a major enterprise transformation programme, leading cross-functional teams through some of the most business-critical stages of delivery.

The Opportunity

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of integration planning, cutover readiness and hypercare coordination across a complex technology landscape.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, testing functions, suppliers and programme leadership to ensure activities are aligned, dependencies are managed, risks are mitigated and the organisation is fully prepared for deployment and post-go-live support.

Success in this role will come from your ability to bring structure, control and pace to high-profile programme delivery, ensuring smooth transitions and operational readiness throughout the programme lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

Integration Management

  • Lead the planning and coordination of end-to-end integration activities across multiple systems and workstreams.
  • Manage dependencies between technical, business and supplier teams.
  • Ensure integration deliverables are completed in line with programme milestones.
  • Drive issue resolution and support integration testing activities.
  • Coordinate readiness activities for SIT and UAT phases.

Cutover Planning & Execution

  • Develop and maintain detailed cutover plans and runbooks.
  • Coordinate cutover activities across multiple teams and third-party suppliers.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact successful deployment.
  • Drive business and technical readiness assessments.
  • Lead cutover governance, rehearsals and deployment planning activities.
  • Manage command-and-control activities during go-live events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
