Job Description

As a Project Manager in our core Technology team, you will play a critical part in delivering Greene King’s ambitions through the planning, management, and execution of IT Projects and Changes. You will have a strong background in Project Management based on modern technologies and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

As Project Manager, you will…

  • Own and manage the delivery of IT Projects and changes.
  • Create and manage Project Plans, ensuring that Projects are delivered on time, to budget, and of appropriate quality.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues, escalating as appropriate and owning them through to resolution.
  • Ideally you must be a driver - some travelling to our sites will be a part of your job.
  • Identify and manage internal and external project dependencies.
  • Deliver high-quality software solutions to enable development through internal and external partner resources.
  • Manage Business Stakeholders, building strong relationships, providing regular updates, and seeking direction where required.

What you’ll bring…

  • A demonstrable passion and drive for technology modernisation, delivery, and best practice.
  • Significant experience in managing the delivery of IT Projects and changes.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise tasks in a high-pressure environment.
