Project Manager – IT Infrastructure / Applications / Data
Location: Aberdeen, Scotland
Contract: 12 Months
Rate: Up to £425/day (Inside IR35)
Working Pattern: Hybrid for the first 3 months, then office-based in Aberdeen
We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a major transformation programme with a leading global technology consultancy supporting a client within the UK energy sector.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead the successful delivery of IT projects across infrastructure, applications and data, working with multiple stakeholders in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and deliver projects from initiation through to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and project schedules.
- Manage project budgets, resources and delivery timelines.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate stakeholders.
- Ensure project governance, quality assurance and reporting are maintained.
- Prepare documentation for governance stage gates and steering committees.
- Drive successful project outcomes while ensuring adherence to agreed methodologies.

Essential Experience
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Demonstrable experience delivering IT Infrastructure, Application or Data projects.
- Previous experience within the UK Energy sector.
- Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.
- Experience managing project budgets, risks, issues and delivery plans.
Desirable Experience
- Upstream Oil & Gas industry experience.
- Experience working within large enterprise environments.
