About the Company
Sphere Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to manage the successful delivery of major cladding remediation and regeneration projects.
Role Overview
The role will have responsibility for managing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, to the required quality and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor project programmes, budgets, and resources.
- Lead and manage Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, and project teams.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site-based staff.
- Work closely with Commercial, Design, Quality, and Health & Safety teams.
- Manage procurement, labour, and material requirements.
- Monitor progress, productivity, quality, and project costs.
- Maintain project records, programmes, and documentation.
- Ensure construction phase plans, RAMS, and H&S requirements are implemented.
- Take overall responsibility for site QA/QC records.
- Attend client, project, and site meetings.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and residents where required.
- Resolve project issues and ensure works remain on track through to completion.

Requirements
- Proven Project Management experience within construction.
- Cladding / EWI / façade remediation experience is essential.
- HNC or equivalent construction qualification/experience.
- SMSTS and CSCS.
- First Aid and Asbestos Awareness desirable.
- Strong understanding of construction programmes and project delivery.
- Good commercial and financial awareness.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Project.
