We're looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our growing Delivery team, taking ownership of projects from initial bid through to successful completion.

Working alongside Senior Project Managers, clients and multidisciplinary teams, you'll play a key role in delivering projects safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to develop their career while working on some of the UK's most exciting water and environmental infrastructure projects.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of projects throughout their full lifecycle, including:

  • Managing projects from tender stage through design, construction, commissioning and final handover.
  • Developing project plans, programmes and resource requirements.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
  • Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) standards.
  • Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities.
  • Working closely with procurement and commercial teams to support project delivery.
  • Providing buildability input during the estimating and pre-construction stages.
  • Monitoring project performance and reporting progress to Senior Project Managers and senior leadership.
  • Supporting programme planning and resource management across multiple projects.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement, commissioning, handover and client satisfaction.
  • Acting as Temporary Works Coordinator where required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an organised and proactive Project Manager with excellent communication skills and experience delivering construction or infrastructure projects.

You'll ideally have:

  • HND, Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A background in Civil, Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering.
  • Good understanding of construction management principles and project delivery.
  • Experience working with NEC contracts (preferred).
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • CSCS Card (desirable).
