Join Confluence's Project Management Office and play a key role delivering strategic projects for some of the world's largest financial institutions.
- Work closely with clients, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through delivery
- Help clients maximize the value of Confluence's solutions
- Ensure projects remain on track commercially and operationally
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- Own project planning, delivery, and reporting
- Drive stakeholder alignment across internal and external teams
- Track project budgets and commercial performance
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and escalations
- Support successful client implementations and change initiatives
- Build trusted client relationships and ensure successful outcomes
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to large global financial services clients, strategic programmes, and senior leadership stakeholders.

What you’ll experience:

What Skills and Experience Do I Need to Succeed?
Essential Requirements
- Experience delivering projects in a client-facing environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Budget management experience
- Knowledge of waterfall project delivery methodologies
- Understanding of agile delivery principles
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Consulting or professional services experience
- Contract management experience
- Resource planning and allocation experience
- Experience with Jira, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project
- PMP or similar qualification
- Financial services or technology sector experience

This role could be based in either London (St Pauls) or Dublin on a hybrid basis (around 2 days per week in the office).
