Job Title: Project Manager - Site & Infrastructure

Location: London + Global Travel

Salary: £80-£100k + Bonus + International Travel Opportunities

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager (Site & Infrastructure) to lead the delivery of world-class event sites across the globe. This is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of complex venue builds, manage diverse contractor teams, and ensure every event site operates as one seamless system from build through to live operations and de-rig.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of event infrastructure across global venues
  • Manage large-scale site builds, grand stands, live operations, and de-rig activities
  • Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and multiple stakeholder groups
  • Drive site planning, sequencing, logistics, and operational readiness
  • Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are upheld at all times
  • Resolve real-time challenges and keep projects on schedule and budget
  • Travel internationally to oversee the construction and delivery of events worldwide

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing complex construction, infrastructure, or large-scale event projects
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple contractors and workstreams
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
  • Sound health & safety knowledge, including RAMS and site compliance
  • SMSTS Qualification (essential)
  • Passion for delivering exceptional experiences on a global scale
