What you'll do
Strategic Project Leadership
- Lead strategic initiatives and enterprise-wide projects from conception through implementation.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, status reports, and executive-level dashboards.
- Ensure projects align with organizational objectives, business priorities, and product strategy.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives across global teams.
- Drive project governance processes and facilitate project steering committee meetings when required.
Product Development Support
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to support the development and launch of new products, services, and capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities required for successful product delivery.
- Help define project requirements, milestones, success criteria, and release schedules.
- Track progress against product roadmaps and support prioritization decisions.
- Identify and remove obstacles impacting product development timelines.
Stakeholder Management
- Build relationships with executives, business leaders, technical teams, and external partners.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments to achieve project objectives.
- Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business-focused communications.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven analysis and effective communication.
Risk and Change Management
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans to minimize impacts on project outcomes.
- Manage project changes through established governance and approval processes.
- Support organizational change management activities to maximize adoption and business value.
Process Improvement and Operational Excellence
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery and operational processes.
- Establish and promote project management best practices, methodologies, and standards.
- Improve visibility, reporting, and accountability across strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.

Reporting and Governance
- Provide concise and effective reporting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Develop meaningful KPIs and project performance metrics.
- Monitor project health, resource utilization, and delivery outcomes.
- Ensure project documentation is maintained and aligned with governance requirements.
The day-to-day
- Lead strategic and cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop project charters, business cases, project plans, timelines, and resource plans.
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Service Delivery, Sales, and Leadership teams to deliver key business objectives.
- Coordinate product development initiatives, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are effectively managed.
- Facilitate project planning, stakeholder workshops, governance meetings, and executive reviews.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Monitor project performance and provide clear, concise status reporting to senior leadership.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Support the development and execution of product roadmaps, business strategies, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Drive decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into achievable plans and deliverables.
- Ensure alignment between project objectives, business priorities, and customer or market needs.
- Champion effective project management practices, governance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead change management activities to support the successful adoption of new products, services, processes, and capabilities.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and engagement across geographically dispersed teams.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and business value realization.
- Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and delivery processes.
- Support executive leadership with strategic planning, portfolio management, and prioritization activities.
What you'll need
- Experience supporting product development and product lifecycle management.
- Experience leading digital transformation or business change initiatives.
- Knowledge of Agile product development methodologies.
- Experience within telecommunications, networking, satellite communications, or technology industries.
- Experience facilitating executive-level planning and governance forums.
- Formal leadership or management qualifications.
- ITIL certification.

- Experience leading strategic, cross-functional projects in a technology, telecommunications, or SaaS environment.
- Experience supporting product development, product launches, or product lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Experience driving organizational change, business transformation, or process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with portfolio management and prioritization frameworks.
- Experience working with executive leadership and presenting to steering committees or governance boards.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align project outcomes to organizational strategy.
- Experience using project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.
- Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and KPI development to support decision-making.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience facilitating workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and strategic planning exercises.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience implementing continuous improvement practices and operational excellence initiatives.
- Familiarity with telecommunications, satellite communications, networking, cloud technologies, or digital services.
- ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Six Sigma certifications.
- Formal leadership, business management, or change management qualifications.
- Experience working in global organizations with geographically distributed teams.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, collaboration, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
