Salary: £32,000 - £36,000
3 days a week in the office
There’s nothing quite like seeing an event you’ve spent months planning come together. Especially when it’s something genuinely worth being proud of.
If you enjoy the buzz of live events but want to work on bigger, more creative projects for some of the world's best-known brands, this could be a brilliant move.
You'd join an established, independent events agency that's been creating memorable experiences for over 30 years.
Think major automotive launches, international brand experiences, prestigious sporting events and high-profile corporate hospitality. The kind of projects that make your job interesting and your portfolio considerably more impressive.
You'll work closely with clients, suppliers and a creative team to turn ambitious ideas into successful events. There's real variety here, with opportunities to get involved from the earliest planning stages right through to being on-site when everything comes together.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
