Profectus Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading healthcare technology organisation to recruit a Project Manager to join their growing PMO.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a background in the healthcare, medical device or wider medical technology sector. You'll be responsible for delivering a broad portfolio of strategic business and IT projects, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery while helping to drive project management best practice across the organisation.
The Role
Working within a well-established PMO, you'll take ownership of multiple projects, programmes and workstreams, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard. This is a varied position where you'll work across different business functions, supporting project governance, engaging with stakeholders at all levels and providing regular updates to senior leadership and the board.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of multiple projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, project charters and action logs.
- Manage project governance, ensuring consistent project management standards and processes are followed.
- Prepare project reporting and presentations for senior leadership and board meetings.
- Facilitate workshops, project meetings and stakeholder sessions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, external suppliers and third-party partners.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and resource requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the PMO and wider organisation.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering projects within the healthcare, medical or medical device sector.
You'll ideally have:
Essential:
- Previous Project Management experience within healthcare, medical, medical device / equipment or another closely related regulated environment.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, planning, RAID management and stakeholder reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels of an organisation.
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
- A highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Experience delivering IT, operational or business change projects.
- A recognised Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, APM or PMP).
