We’re Hiring – Senior Project Manager
Location: Pinxton, Derbyshire
Company: HVL Solutions Ltd
Position: Full-time, permanent
HVL Solutions is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our growing team at our head office in Pinxton, Derbyshire.
The successful candidate will oversee multiple specialist engineering projects within the water industry, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget. You will provide strong leadership to project managers, supervisors and field teams while maintaining excellent relationships with our customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing projects from initial planning through to completion
- Leading and supporting project managers, supervisors and site teams
- Ensuring projects are properly planned, resourced and scheduled
- Monitoring budgets, costs, profitability and overall performance
- Ensuring all work meets health and safety, quality and customer requirements
- Reviewing project reports and maintaining accurate documentation
- Managing risks, delays, variations and operational issues
- Attending customer and internal project meetings
- Providing regular progress updates to the senior management team
- Supporting the continued improvement of operational processes

The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a senior project management role
- A strong engineering, utilities, construction or water-industry background
- Excellent leadership and team-management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets
- The ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills
- A professional and proactive approach
- A full UK driving licence
