Project Manager - Remote
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager based in the United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful initiatives and build communities within a global data-driven industry environment.
You will manage the launch of new programs, working groups, and strategic projects from planning through execution.
The position combines project management, stakeholder collaboration, process improvement, and operational excellence.
You will work with international teams and partners to create meaningful engagement and drive successful outcomes.

Accountabilities
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing new initiatives, optimizing project workflows, and ensuring smooth collaboration between stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of new initiatives and working groups, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage projects from concept development through launch and ongoing improvement.
- Build and optimize engagement strategies, including conversion funnels and community growth initiatives.
- Coordinate the creation and operation of new councils, ensuring effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Develop structured processes and methodologies to improve project efficiency and consistency.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partners.
- Support cross-functional collaboration and ensure smooth coordination between different departments.
- Prioritize daily tasks, manage workloads effectively, and ensure deadlines are consistently achieved.
- Create and maintain project documentation using digital collaboration tools such as Google Drive and iCloud.
- Prepare project reports, track progress, monitor key performance indicators, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively solve operational challenges.
- Work independently while maintaining alignment with broader organizational goals.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive project professional with experience launching initiatives, managing stakeholders, and improving operational processes. The required qualifications and skills include:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project planning and execution principles.
- Proven experience creating new initiatives, communities, or programs from the ground up.
- Experience managing online events, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to create structure and improve workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills at a professional business level.
- Ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders in a friendly, professional, and discreet manner.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after becoming familiar with processes and responsibilities.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
- Adaptability and positive attitude when working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Strong interest in technology and digital tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and contribute as a supportive team member.

Additional Experience That Would Be Considered An Advantage
- Experience using CRM systems, especially Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, iCloud, and productivity tools such as calendars and scheduling platforms.
- Experience working with digital platforms, online communities, or advertising-related industries.
