Project Manager – Construction Consultancy

London | £50,000 – £55,000 + Excellent Benefits

An independent construction consultancy in London is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to work on a range of high-profile, design-led projects across the heritage, arts, leisure, and hotel sectors, within a business that genuinely values collaboration, autonomy, and long-term career development.

You'll take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, acting as a key point of contact for clients and coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams throughout the delivery process. The role offers a high level of responsibility, supported by experienced senior leaders who are invested in mentoring and developing their people.

The Role

  • Deliver projects across heritage, arts, leisure, and hotel sectors.
  • Manage projects from early-stage strategy and procurement through to completion.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, and wider project stakeholders.
  • Support contract administration activities where required.

About You

  • Previous experience working as a Project Manager within a construction consultancy environment.
  • Confident managing client relationships and leading project teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects and decisions.
  • Experience across heritage, hospitality, leisure, or similar sectors would be advantageous, although not essential.
  • Working towards, or interested in pursuing, professional chartership (APM, RICS, or similar).
