Why we need this role
Reporting to the HR Project and Change Manager, this role plays a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of the People & Culture (P&C) portfolio by coordinating projects and driving effective change adoption. This role provides key support to the team to ensure that P&C initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with the quality needed to deliver to the business.
What you will do
- Support with the P&C Delivery PMO; standardise intake, prioritisation, delivery tracking, adoption measurement, and benefits realisation.
- Coordinate and own PMO tactical deliverables and parts of the cyclical delivery or workstreams in bigger programmes e.g performance management or pay review.
- Support Project and Change manager in delivering cyclical delivery actions.
- Coordinating Delivery Team activities such as roadmap, status reports, plans, risks and issues.
- Preparing weekly meetings/documentation for project and steerco meetings.
- Support stakeholder management and engagement approach on various projects.
- Ensuring all key PM documentation is centrally managed and available throughout programmes. Update and maintain relevant toolkits and project documentation, including plans, RAID logs, status reporting, and governance materials.
- Monitor project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate and supporting the development of mitigation actions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
