An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as Project Manager working in Leeds as part of our Transformation team.
Salary: Competitive Salary + excellent benefits package
The Project Manager will support the delivery of cross-functional change initiatives across the business.
Reporting into the Senior Transformation Manager, this role focuses on coordinating and driving agreed initiatives, ensuring projects have the structure, pace and accountability needed to progress effectively. The role works across functional and technical teams to keep workstreams aligned, remove blockers and maintain momentum, while supporting the successful embedding and adoption of change across the business.
The role is hands-on and collaborative, suited to someone comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
Role Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Coordination
- Support the delivery of cross-functional initiatives such as:
- Operational improvements
- Systems implementations and process redesign
- New revenue or channel initiatives
- Customer journey improvements
- Develop and maintain project documentation – including: SOPs, Process flows, project plans, timelines and milestones
- Track progress, risks and dependencies, escalating issues where appropriate
- Collaborate across internal teams to define project scope and change requirements
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work with multi-functional, technical and operational teams to coordinate inputs, activity and delivery
- Support clear communication across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Help ensure expectations, actions and next steps are understood and followed up

- Support project governance routines, including status updates and reporting
- Maintain clear documentation covering plans, decisions and outcomes
- Provide visibility of progress against agreed objectives and timelines
Change Support
- Support testing, rollout and implementation activities in collaboration with delivery teams
- Assist with coordinating training, communications and readiness activities where required
- Help drive alignment across teams with differing priorities
- Support adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working
About You
- Experience working in a project management or delivery support role
- Experience delivering internal change and transformation projects (not solely client onboarding)
- Experience working across multiple internal functions (e.g. tech, ops)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong coordination skills in non-linear, fast evolving project environments
- Ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders
- Clear, confident communication skills
Desirable
- Experience in retail or ecommerce environments
- Experience delivering technology, systems or operational change projects
- Exposure to transformation or change programmes
