We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our busy team and help turn ambitious plans into real results across our K & Ireland business.

Main Duties
You will drive the successful delivery of strategic and operational priorities within BPX, ensuring alignment with the wider market Value Driver Framework and our strategic objectives. Working closely with the Head of PMO, you’ll provide the structure, coordination and execution discipline needed to convert plans into measurable outcomes. This involved leading cross-functional initiatives, monitoring progress against key objectives, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring agreed deliverables are delivered on time and to the required standard – while keeping delivery firmly connected to business, market and customer priorities.
Essential Skills, Knowledge And Experience
- Proven project management experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrable experience of supporting the people and adoption elements of business change, including stakeholder impact assessment, communications, training and transition into business as usual
- Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
- Experience creating and managing project plans, timelines, and governance processes.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management capability.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and monitor performance.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the resilience and tenacity to drive actions through to completion.
- Results-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivery.
- Experience working in fast-paced and changing environments.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working across a decentralised, multi-site organisation and able to build credibility with operational, commercial and functional teams at every level.

Desirable Skills And Experience
- Experience supporting acquisition integration, transformation, or change programmes.
- Knowledge of project governance and portfolio management practices.
- Experience within a matrix organisation.
- Familiarity with benefits realisation and performance tracking methodologies.
- Experience developing executive-level reporting and dashboards.
- Financial tracking, budgeting, or business case support experience.
- Professional project management qualifications (PRINCE2, MSP, PMP, Agile or equivalent).
- Experience working within industrial, distribution, manufacturing, or commercial environments.
