We’re 50|50 tech and marketing, partner-led, and first to move. Clients include Google, Lufthansa, Meta, eBay, and OpenAI. We have been certified B Corp and Climate Neutral since 2021.

JOB PURPOSE

This role sits on a fast-moving BAU social account, producing a high volume of daily content for a fun, high-profile client across their owned and paid social channels. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys pace, variety, and a fast turnaround.

As Project Manager, you'll work closely with Client Services, Creative, Design and Production teams to keep content moving from brief through to posting, coordinating handovers between teams along the way, with content delivery direct to site owners and media partners too. You'll track progress, flag risks, and keep everyone aligned on daily and weekly priorities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the journey of content from brief through to posting, working closely with Creative, Design and Production along the way;
  • Create and manage project plans, scopes of work, timelines, and trackers;
  • Monitor daily content pacing, prioritise resource allocation, and escalate overruns or blockers fast;
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure systems are up to date;
  • Support budget tracking and provide relevant updates to Senior Project Managers and Client Services;
  • Run internal stand-ups and keep teams aligned on priorities and deadlines;
  • Coordinate with Creative, Design, and Production teams to ensure smooth workflow and handovers, including occasional content delivery direct to site owners;
  • Partner with Client Services to share agreed project updates with clients, ensuring clarity on priorities, progress and next steps.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We are drawn to people who stay curious, move with intent, and never stop inventing. Our culture runs on three values: better together, relentlessly curious, and get sh*t done. It is how we work, how we grow, and how we make things that matter.

At DEPT®, you will find the freedom to explore, the space to collaborate, and the trust to make a real impact for our clients, for each other, and for the world we are helping to build.

At DEPT®, we take pride in creating an inclusive workplace where everyone has an equal opportunity to thrive. We actively seek to recruit, develop, nurture, and retain talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, with varying skills and perspectives.

Not sure you meet all qualifications? Apply, and let us decide! Research shows that women and members of underrepresented groups tend not to apply for jobs when they think they may not meet every requirement, when in fact they do. We believe in giving everyone a fair chance to shine.
