Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a fast growing civil engineering business, who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

This role will oversee the delivery of large scale construction projects across the UK and Ireland. Working within a well established and collaborative team, the successful Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from planning through to completion.

A proven background in delivering multiple projects within budget and to the highest quality standards is imperative for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple construction projects and manage site teams.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant and materials to support effective project delivery.
  • Prepare, review and maintain RAMS and relevant project documentation.
  • Work closely with clients, consultants and internal teams throughout the delivery of each project.
  • Support programme planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, health and safety and commercial performance.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered in accordance with company procedures and client requirements.

About You

  • Previous experience managing construction projects within a specialist contractor environment.
  • Strong understanding of site operations, health and safety and quality procedures.
  • Proven experience preparing RAMS and wider construction documentation.
  • Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with experience using Microsoft Project being advantageous.
  • Relevant construction-related qualifications.
