IT Project Manager - Contract outside IR35

Duration: 3 months
Location: York / Fully Remote
Start Date: 1 October 2026

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of a replacement Enterprise Risk Management System (RMS).
You will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, including implementation, change management, testing, data migration and business readiness, ensuring the solution is fully prepared for a controlled go-live.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience delivering business or technology system implementations through to go-live, ideally within a fast-paced or compressed timeframe.
  • Strong planning, organisation and coordination skills across multiple workstreams.
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS or packaged-platform implementations, including UAT, data migration, cutover and go-live readiness.
  • Practical change management experience covering impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Experience implementing a Risk Management System, particularly Protecht or a comparable platform is desirable.
