Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our project team in the West Midlands region of England.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will manage the project, ensuring its timely, safe, and efficient delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards. A key requirement for this role is demonstrating your experience of working on complex local authority junction improvements.

As Project Manager, you will:

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
  • Coordinate the use of plant, machinery, and personnel to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
  • Oversee subcontractors and liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and control project costs, providing regular financial updates to senior management.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to the Senior Project Manager.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and strategies in collaboration with other senior team members.

Who You Are

You bring strong civil engineering experience, particularly in highways, from major infrastructure projects. You have a track record of managing large-scale civil engineering projects and are confident overseeing teams and subcontractors in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
