ERP/CRM Implementation Project Manager
Belfast (Hybrid)
£50k-£60k
Ready to run point on enterprise software implementations for a genuinely growing team — not just keep the seat warm?
A well-established Microsoft Dynamics partner in Belfast is expanding its delivery team and looking for an experienced Project Manager to take early ownership of ERP and CRM implementations — small, medium and large — from pre-sales handover right through to closeout. You'll work closely with Solution Team Leads, running project timelines, budgets and stakeholder communication across a mix of new business builds and operational transformation projects for distribution, manufacturing and public sector clients across Ireland and the UK. The toolset is Microsoft Dynamics 365, but what matters most is solid ERP/CRM implementation experience — full product training is provided.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This isn't a role where you'll be buried in process for its own sake — the team is actively evolving its implementation framework, so there's real scope to shape how projects get delivered, not just execute against a fixed playbook.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years in a project coordination or project management role delivering ERP or CRM implementations
- Solid grounding in planning, budgeting and cost management, and the kind of organisational instinct that spots a roadblock before it becomes a delay.
- Prince2 or Agile PM certification is a bonus, not a requirement.
