Role Summary

We’re looking for a highly organised and client-focused Project Manager to join our global fulfilment team. This role is responsible for managing multilingual marketing research and localisation projects from receipt through to successful delivery. You will coordinate suppliers, oversee project workflows, communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, and ensure every project is delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.

The role combines project management, supplier coordination, client communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment where quality and service excellence are critical. The core purpose of the role is to ensure localisation projects are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in line with client requirements and business objectives.

Requirements

Essential

  • Previous project coordination or project management experience
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confidence working with remote teams across different time zones
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working with project management and productivity software
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Desirable

  • Experience within language services, translation, localisation, or marketing research
  • Experience working with suppliers, freelancers, or external vendors
  • Knowledge of Translation Memory (TM) tools and localisation workflows
  • Understanding of multilingual research projects
  • Experience with CAT tools and localisation technologies

Key Responsibilities

Project Fulfilment & Management

  • Review project requirements and plan delivery approach
  • Prepare project files, including segmentation and Translation Memory leverage
  • Source and engage appropriate suppliers based on project requirements
  • Place work with suppliers and manage project schedules
  • Monitor project progress and proactively follow up on outstanding actions
  • Handle project-related queries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ensure projects remain on track against agreed timelines and budgets

Project Delivery & Follow-Up

  • Complete quality and delivery checks before release
  • Deliver completed projects to clients on time and in the required format
  • Manage client feedback, updates, revisions, and post-delivery queries
  • Coordinate any amendments or additional requirements
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients during active projects
  • Provide updates on project progress and timelines
  • Respond promptly and professionally to project-related questions
  • Explain services, processes, and delivery expectations clearly
  • Support positive client experiences throughout the project lifecycle

Supplier Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary supplier contact during project delivery
  • Coordinate communication between suppliers and clients when required
  • Manage project queries and clarify requirements
  • Conduct supplier performance evaluations and maintain supplier records
  • Build and maintain positive, professional supplier relationships

  • Support the effective use of Translation Memory and localisation technology
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, quality, and efficiency
  • Contribute feedback on suppliers, technology, and workflows
  • Maintain accurate databases and project records
  • Support business initiatives, team projects, and operational improvements

Compliance & Information Security

  • Follow company information security requirements and ISO-aligned procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of client, supplier, and business information
  • Adhere to data protection and security requirements
  • Support quality and operational compliance standards
