Manpower are currently seeking an interim Legal Entity Simplification PMO to work with our global FMCG client Reckitt, renowned for brands such as Dettol, Finish and Nurofen, and to become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment. The position is remote. This a full-time temporary role to start as soon as possible and to run for 12 months, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive.
Role Overview
The Legal Entity Simplification PMO will support the delivery of the Global Legal Entity Simplification (LES) programme. The LES project is a cross-functional project with an objective of eliminating dormant and/or redundant entities within the group structure by the end of 2027. This role is within the central Legal entity programme team and will act as a PMO facing off to the Group Tax, Legal and Finance teams as well as other central support functions and local business teams as required. They will prepare implementation plans, coordinate and track the scope, action items, status, risks and issues related to the delivery of a specific workstream and/or batch within the total LES scope.

Key Responsibilities

Support Project Execution:
- Work with the Tax, Legal & Finance teams to develop a detailed project plan
- Setup and manage agenda and attendance, as well as minuting, regular project cadence
- Tick and track completion of activities in the detailed project plan
- Via functional leads, ensure key risks, issues and dependencies are identified, tracked and escalated where further support to mitigate or resolve is required
- Present the status of the project delivery in a weekly meeting with Legal entity programme team
- Prepare for key milestones (“Tollgates”) by ensuring key deliverables are prepared and saved down correctly, for programme assurance

Stakeholder Management & Guidance:
- Bring energy and drive to the project
- Build strong relationships with key central cross-functional leaders (Finance, Tax and Legal) as well as local finance leaders s required
- Develop, maintain and deploy project principles provided by the Legal entity programme team, and create & cascade specific guidance on key topics as required

Key Skills and Experience
- Project Management (mandatory): Proven experience in large-scale, cross-functional entity simplification projects; directly responsible for developing implementation plans and managing such project plans, their status, risks & issues; Desirable: PMP or similar project management certification.
- Finance / Legal Background (mandatory): Finance or Legal training relevant to the requirements of an entity simplification project.
- Resilience & Adaptability (mandatory): Comfortable working in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
- Detail oriented (preferable): Experience tracking / managing such complex and detailed project plans with multiple dependencies between teams
- Influencing Skills (desirable): Strong communicator, able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders in the central functions and local business.
- Technical Knowledge (preferable): Some familiarity with Finance, Legal or Tax processes within a global matrix organisation.
