Manpower Interim Legal Entity Rationalisation PMO Role
Manpower are currently seeking an interim Legal Entity Rationalisation PMO to work with our global FMCG client Reckitt, renowned for brands such as Dettol, Finish and Nurofen, and to become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
Flexible in terms of hybrid working or fully remote. This is a full-time, temporary role to start as soon as possible for c. 12 months, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive.
Role Overview
The Legal Entity Rationalisation PMO will manage the delivery of the Legal Entity Rationalisation (LER) programme. The LER programme is a cross-functional, multi-jurisdictional project with the objective of the simplification and elimination of a number of group entities. This role will report to the internal PMO and work with both the central team and local functions as required.
The PMO will be responsible for developing detailed implementation plans and overall project timings, coordinating and tracking progress against these, working with the team to support delivery and resolve issues, report periodically to key stakeholders on status, risks and issues.

Key Responsibilities
Support Project Execution:
- Work with the central functional leads (Finance, Tax and Legal) to develop an overall project plan and timings
- Set up and manage agenda and attendance, as well as minuting, regular project cadence
- Tick and track completion of activities in the detailed project plan
- Via functional leads, ensure key risks, issues and dependencies are identified, tracked and escalated where further support to mitigate or resolve is required
- Present the status of the project delivery in a weekly meeting with LER programme team
- Prepare for key milestones by ensuring key deliverables are prepared and saved down correctly, for programme assurance
Stakeholder Management & Guidance:
- Bring energy and drive to the project
- Build strong relationships with key central functional leaders (Finance, Tax and Legal) as well as local teams as required
- Develop, maintain and deploy project principles and create and cascade specific guidance on key topics as required

Key Skills and Experience
Project Management (mandatory):
- Proven experience in large-scale, cross-functional entity rationalisation projects; directly responsible for developing implementation plans and managing such project plans, their status, risks & issues; Desirable: PMP or similar project management certification.
Finance / Legal Background (mandatory):
- Finance or Legal training relevant to the requirements of an entity simplification project.
Resilience & Adaptability (mandatory):
- Comfortable working in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
Detail oriented (preferable):
- Experience tracking / managing such complex and detailed project plans with multiple dependencies between teams
Influencing Skills (desirable):
- Strong communicator, able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders in the central functions and local business.
Technical Knowledge (preferable):
- Some familiarity with Finance, Legal or Tax processes within a global matrix organisation.
