Project Manager - Helensburgh, Scotland | £70,000-£80,000 + Package!
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a major construction/infrastructure project based in Helensburgh, Scotland.
Salary: Circa £70,000-£80,000 + package
Location: Helensburgh / Glasgow area
Sector: Civil Engineering / Infrastructure
Security Clearance: Candidates must be able to obtain SC clearance.
The Role
You'll take a key role in the successful delivery of project works, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently, to programme and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day construction and project delivery activities
- Coordinating and managing subcontractors and site teams
- Monitoring programme, progress, risks and project milestones
- Providing technical and engineering support throughout delivery
- Overseeing setting out, surveying and GPS activities
- Managing QA/QC processes and maintaining project standards
- Coordinating buried services identification and safe excavation works
- Reviewing and implementing RAMS
- Maintaining high health, safety and environmental standards
- Coordinating temporary works activities
- Maintaining accurate project records and progress reports
- Working closely with clients and wider project stakeholders

What We're Looking For
Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous Project Management experience within civil engineering, infrastructure or construction
- Strong understanding of site operations and construction delivery
- Setting out, surveying and GPS knowledge
- Experience managing subcontractors
- Good knowledge of QA/QC and RAMS
- Strong health & safety knowledge
- AutoCAD and Microsoft 365 experience
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- CAT & Genny training
- Ability to obtain Security Clearance (SC)
- Experience with Temporary Works, NRSWA or working towards professional membership such as ICE would also be advantageous.
