Title: Project Manager – Logistics Smartsheet Replacement
Location: UK, Romania, or Ireland (100% remote)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly accountable Project Manager to serve as the primary delivery leader for Project Power.
The Project Manager will own the day-to-day execution of the Logistics Smartsheet-to-Power Platform transformation, managing delivery across multiple business units, locations, vendors, stakeholders, and technology teams.
The successful candidate will act as the single source of truth for project status, scope, schedule, decisions, risks, dependencies, and execution progress. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who drives accountability, removes roadblocks, escalates issues early, and ensures delivery commitments are achieved.
The role reports into the Application Development organization and works closely with Logistics Leadership, Executive Sponsors, Business SMEs, AppDev teams, and West Monroe consulting resources.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management
- Own and maintain the integrated project plan across Mobilisation, Design, MVP Build, Expansion, Migration and Go-Live.
- Manage milestones, deliverables, schedules, releases, workstreams, and cross-team dependencies.
- Drive actions, decisions, approvals, and deliverables through to completion.
- Hold owners accountable and ensure project commitments are met.
- Manage project scope and prevent uncontrolled scope changes.
- Ensure delivery aligns with the December 2026 migration and June 2027 Smartsheet retirement deadlines.

Stakeholder, Governance & Communication
- Serve as the central coordination point for project stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with Logistics Leadership, Executives, Finance, AppDev, Solution Architects, Business SMEs, offshore teams, and consultants.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate timely decisions.
- Lead executive-level communication and reporting.
- Manage project governance, including:
- RAID
- Risks and issues
- Scope and change management
- Dependencies
- Escalations
- Decision tracking
- Prepare weekly status reports, leadership updates, SteerCo presentations, and executive dashboards.
- Ensure project reporting accurately reflects actual delivery status.

- Coordinate sprint planning and delivery activities.
- Manage backlog alignment with project commitments.
- Partner with technical leads and product stakeholders.
- Use Azure DevOps to manage:
- Backlogs
- Sprints
- Releases
- Dependencies
- Track sprint progress and delivery commitments.
Risk, Validation & Compliance
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
- Support delivery within a regulated GxP/CSV environment.
- Ensure documentation, traceability, approvals, and sign-offs are complete.
- Coordinate validation and compliance readiness activities.
- Support requirements sign-off, design reviews, validation documentation, and Architecture Review Board (ARB) coordination.
Vendor, Transition, UAT & Go-Live
- Manage external vendor relationships and project dependencies.
- Lead knowledge transfer from West Monroe consultants and take ownership following formal handover.
- Coordinate:
- UAT planning and execution
- Migration readiness
- Cutover activities
- Parallel-run activities
- Smartsheet retirement
- Go-Live readiness
- Production support transition
