Using our unique intelligent supply chain model, we design innovative solutions to complex challenges, unlock new opportunities, and speed up and streamline existing processes by removing complexity from the supply chain. About The Role
If you love taking an idea and driving it all the way through to a result that genuinely works, this is the role for you. As a Project Manager in our Change Management team, you’ll take ownership of delivering robust, efficient end-to-end solutions across a fast-paced supply chain business - from inception right through to completion.
This is a customer-facing role at the heart of the action. You’ll typically have around six projects on the go at once, working hand-in-hand with customers, Operations and IT to define scope, agree priorities and land change “right first time”, on time and to budget. You’ll build strong relationships across the whole business - Operations, Finance, Facilities, HR, Technology and beyond, and with external clients too.
Based at our site at Bradford with a competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 + car allowance, it’s a role with real variety, real visibility and the satisfaction of seeing your projects make a tangible difference. If you’re a confident, resilient self-starter who thrives on delivery, you’ll fit right in.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
