Project Manager – Bespoke Events & Travel Experiences - UHNWIs
UK remote | £42,000–£48,000 | Bonus up to 20%
Rockpool Recruitment is recruiting for a truly unusual opportunity with a specialist business creating highly personalised travel programmes and experiences for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
The role combines the creativity of event production with the coordination of international travel. You could be developing a programme across several destinations, sourcing an exceptional setting or organising an experience around a client’s particular interests. Each brief brings a fresh challenge and the scope to contribute your own ideas.
This would particularly appeal to someone from an events, experiential or production background who has worked with discerning private clients and would enjoy applying that experience to bespoke travel projects.
Project Manager – What will I be doing?
You’ll take responsibility for projects from the first client discussions through to completion, working with colleagues and overseas partners to make every element come together.
- Develop ideas and prepare engaging proposals that help clients picture the experience.
- Build detailed travel programmes, researching destinations, accommodation, venues and activities.
- Source and brief overseas partners, event suppliers and local specialists.
- Coordinate guest arrangements, transport, entertainment and production requirements.
- Control schedules, budgets and supplier costs, including invoicing and final reconciliation.
- Prepare delivery plans and contingencies, supporting the teams on the ground while programmes are taking place.
- Keep client information and project records accurate, providing regular progress updates.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
