Project Manager - Microsoft 365 / NHS Unite Migration

Contract | 6 Months rolling | Hybrid | Southern England | Inside IR35 | £375 to £450 per day

We're supporting a leading technology consultancy delivering a major M365 transformation programme across two NHS Trusts and are looking for two experienced Project Managers to join the programme.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile digital transformation, helping deliver a large-scale M365 Unite migration that will impact thousands of end users.

*** Some meaningful and relatively recent NHS experience is ESSENTIAL ***

The Role

Working as an extension of the customer team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the migration from the client side. You'll coordinate stakeholders, manage project plans, drive actions and dependencies, and ensure both the customer and delivery teams remain aligned throughout the programme.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong stakeholder management and the confidence to challenge where necessary to keep the programme on track.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
