RWE Project Manager

Global Pharmaceutical company
Bracknell - hybrid

We're partnering with a global pharmaceutical company to find an RWE Project Manager to join their Real-World Evidence function, based out of Bracknell, UK. This role sits at the operational heart of a portfolio of HEOR/RWE studies — managing vendors, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple business units simultaneously.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a complex portfolio of HEOR/RWE projects end-to-end, across multiple business units in parallel
  • Own third-party organization (TPO/CRO) relationships — vendor onboarding, contracting, and invoicing
  • Lead RFP development, proposal review, and change order management
  • Monitor budgets and timelines proactively, escalating and mitigating risk before it becomes a problem
  • Collaborate closely with scientists, business unit leaders, procurement, and third-party managers
  • Maintain data accuracy and process compliance across the project portfolio
  • Bring AI and automation into everyday PM workflows — think automated status reporting, predictive risk identification, and smarter scheduling

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
