Project Manager – Special Projects Division | London and the South
Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take on complex, high-profile remediation projects and make a real impact on building safety?
Our Client is looking for a Project Manager to join their Special Projects Team in a Senior role, taking responsibility for a portfolio of complex building remediation projects across London and the Southern Home Counties, including recladding and internal fire remediation works on legacy buildings above 11m.
With over £300m worth of projects to complete, this is a long-term opportunity to play a key role in delivering a significant programme of work for the business, working directly with the executive leadership of the business.
🔑 We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience managing New Build RC Frame residential projects and/or façade, cladding, or remediation projects
- Strong commercial and project management expertise
- Knowledge of Building Safety legislation, CDM, and H&S requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant construction/project management qualifications are desirable
- A strong, tenacious personality with the drive to lead projects and deliver results

The role will involve managing multiple projects, so travel between sites will be required, and there is flexibility around working between site visits, across a large network of offices, and home working, depending on project requirements.
