Project Manager – M&A IT Integration
Location: Maxim Park, Eurocentral, Scotland
Work Arrangement: 5 days/week on-site
Contract: 6-month - Extendable

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead a critical post-merger IT integration programme across LumiraDx’s Scottish operations. The role will focus on integrating and harmonising legacy IT environments, migrating data and applications, and safely decommissioning obsolete systems while maintaining pharmaceutical/life-sciences compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end M&A IT integration across infrastructure, data migration, applications and legacy decommissioning.
- Manage integration of networks, servers, storage, Active Directory/Entra ID, end-user computing, hybrid cloud and data-centre environments.
- Oversee secure and compliant data migration with a strong focus on data integrity and zero-loss transfers.
- Lead enterprise and laboratory application migration, rationalisation and integration.
- Plan and execute legacy system decommissioning, data archiving and hardware disposal.
- Coordinate local technical SMEs, external consultants and global IT teams.
- Manage project scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and delivery plans.
- Prepare steering committee updates, executive presentations, RAID logs and status reports.
- Maintain project governance documentation, architecture diagrams, data governance mapping and compliance records.
- Manage multiple sites and coordinate technical activities across 6 Scottish locations.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced post-M&A environment with changing priorities and incomplete information.

Required Skills & Experience
- Technical Project Management experience.
- Proven experience in M&A IT integration, IT transformation or complex infrastructure harmonisation.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, storage, hybrid cloud and data centres.
- Experience with data migration and enterprise application migration.
- Strong understanding of legacy IT decommissioning and system sunsetting.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams and multi-site rollouts.
- Previous experience in Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Biotech or Medical Devices.
- Knowledge of GxP, data integrity and regulated environments is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication/presentation skills.
- Excellent project governance, documentation, RAID and risk-management capabilities.
- Ability to work 5 days per week on-site at Maxim Park and travel regularly across Scotland.
