Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities

  • Good understanding of automotive BIW Manufacturing systems.
  • Experience working with global suppliers and cross-functional teams including Styling, CAE, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, and Program Management.
  • Familiarity with cost engineering, value analysis/value engineering (VA/VE), and tooling feasibility assessments.
  • Ability to coordinate between team, customer, and cross-functional teams.
  • Create dashboards for revenue, pipeline, and track report vendor-sourced data.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
  • Track partner competencies, certifications, incentives, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of action items across stakeholders.
  • Design and develop tooling from concept to production using CATIA V5.
  • Strong knowledge of BIW Manufacturing Process, assembly integration, attachment strategies, and tolerance stack-up analysis.
  • Working knowledge of DFMEA, DFM, DFA, GD&T, Six Sigma tools to ensure robust and manufacturable designs.
  • Knowledge of automotive regulations and standards related to Manufacturing, health, and Safety.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
