Job Description
Campaign Planning and Delivery
Orchestrate planning and delivery for major campaigns. Build and maintain clear campaign timelines, project plans and dependency maps. Run launch readiness checks to make sure creative, landing pages, tracking, offers, compliance approvals and stakeholder sign-offs are in place. Support post-campaign reviews to capture learnings, performance insights and improvement areas for future campaigns.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as one of the main points of contact for the Performance Marketing team across key campaigns and initiatives. Prepare clear status updates, campaign summaries and analysis reports for the leadership team. Coordinate activity across Performance Marketing channels, Creative, Brand, Commercial, CRM, Compliance, and Analytics. Chase actions, resolve ambiguity and ensure teams have the information they need to move forward. Identify blockers, risks and dependencies early. Escalate issues clearly and constructively before they become launch problems.
Process Improvement
Improve the way we plan, launch and review campaigns. Identify recurring operational pain points and help fix them. Help build repeatable processes, templates and ways of working for campaign delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
