Hiring: Project Manager – MDM Migration
Job Title: Project Manager – MDM Migration
Location: London (Onsite)
Duration: 4–6 weeks
Work Type: Contract
Project: Accelerated migration from JumpCloud to Microsoft Intune & Jamf
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the integrated migration plan, daily tracking, and delivery cadence.
- Coordinate Windows, macOS, Service Desk, Security, Okta, and supplier workstreams.
- Manage migration cohorts, dependencies, risks, issues, and key decisions.
- Drive stakeholder communication and user readiness throughout the migration.
- Maintain device-level progress reporting and provide concise executive status updates.
- Proactively chase migration blockers, failed migrations, and outstanding users through to closure.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and support go/no-go decisions during high-volume migration waves.
- Ensure issues and dependencies are escalated and resolved quickly to maintain delivery momentum.

Required Experience
- Strong Technical Project Management experience within Endpoint / MDM migrations.
- Hands-on project experience involving Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf.
- Experience managing Windows and macOS endpoint environments.
- Strong understanding of migration planning, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high migration volumes.
- Ability to work directly with technical engineers while producing clear and concise executive reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Candidates with experience in MDM migration, endpoint transformation, device management, Intune, Jamf, JumpCloud, Okta, or large-scale workplace technology projects will be particularly relevant.
