The Role

As a Project Manager with Digitas Health, you will be the one to connect the dots on a range of creative, digital experience and digital strategy projects, doing your part every day to make great ideas and experiences come to life with a great team, and to set up the people around you for success. The role will encompass a range of digital projects (from digital campaigns to app development and build projects to digital strategy workstreams), and will require you to interact across strategy, creative and client service teams.

You will develop project plans, run stand ups, manage timelines, track finances, coordinate resource and drive efficiencies across the agency. As part of a high-performing team you will be expected to manage projects independently, whilst having significant opportunity to learn and develop your Project Management skills through the hands-on support and supervision of our project management leads.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
