Project Manager β Mobile Commerce & Customer Experience
π¨ IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY REQUIRED β INTERVIEWS TAKING PLACE NEXT WEEK
- Location: London β 1β2 days onsite per week
- Duration: 3 months
- Rate: Β£500βΒ£600 per day
- IR35: Outside IR35
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a customer-focused digital transformation programme, with a strong emphasis on mobile app development, mobile commerce, eCommerce and customer loyalty.
Key Experience
- Proven experience delivering mobile app development or mobile commerce programmes, ideally involving Shopify.
- Experience implementing customer loyalty and rewards platforms.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce integrations, including CRM, ERP, payment gateways, OMS and third-party platforms.
- Experience with customer data, identity and Single Customer View integrations.
- Experience delivering omnichannel customer journeys across web, mobile and in-store.
- Strong understanding of customer adoption and engagement.
- Proven ability to manage complex delivery roadmaps, technical dependencies and competing priorities.
- Strong vendor, stakeholder and executive management experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Shopify integrations with core business systems and third-party platforms.
- Drive customer experience improvements across web, mobile and loyalty channels.
- Coordinate vendors, partners and internal technology teams.
- Manage testing, data migration and deployment activities.
- Manage risks, dependencies and programme governance.
- Provide executive stakeholders with regular updates on progress and outcomes.
