Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 12+ years of experience in delivering large-scale Mortgage (Homes) transformation and change initiatives within the banking sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, extensive experience in mortgage product lifecycles, and a proven track record of managing complex projects across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Mortgage (Homes) projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
- Drive implementation of mortgage-related initiatives across loan origination, servicing, underwriting, and customer journey enhancements.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and blockers proactively.
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and change management processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of Project Management experience within Banking and Financial Services.
- Strong experience in Mortgage (Homes) domain.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and client management skills.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and governance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Banking Sector UK or other UK retail banking institutions.
- Knowledge of UK mortgage regulations and lending processes.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
- Experience with digital transformation and mortgage platform modernization initiatives.
