Overview
The Future Pathways team is seeking a Program Manager based in London to join our team and play a key role in ensuring we are delivering the highest quality experience for our apprentices and their managers. This person will be responsible for all aspects of program management including coaching/supporting apprentices, collaborating and supporting managers, leading onboarding and planning/executing events. This individual must possess a passion for developing and creating career opportunities for untapped talent, have experience working with young adults from socially mobile/untapped backgrounds and experience building strong relationships with internal and external partners.

- Manage end-to-end apprenticeship program operations across EMEA, including onboarding scheduling, coaching evaluation timing, and cohort logistics for multiple concurrent apprentice groups
- Manage strategic partnerships with external workforce-development bodies and training providers to build out pipelines for apprentices programs
- Develop internal and external-facing collateral (proposal decks, program overview decks, info-session materials) to support fundraising, partner pitches, and candidate/manager education
- Own relationships with government/statutory funding bodies, including compliance, documentation, and mentor/assessor coordination
- Build and maintain relationships with internal business stakeholders and executive leadership to secure sponsorship, host site visits, and run roundtable events showcasing program impact
- Provide general operational support (data collection, logistics, etc.) for apprenticeship programs

Preferred Candidate
- Have proven experience working with young adults ages 16-24, particularly from under-served communities
- Be able to relate to and work with diverse populations (e.g. young adults, senior executives, non-profit partners etc.)
- Have experience in leading program operations and logistics; have desire to straddle both programmatic and operational responsibilities; strong ability to multi-task
- Have strong project management skills
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills; strong presence and leadership with public speaking and facilitation
- Have excellent organizational and time management skills
- Be a self-starter and balance working with teams
